What:  The PSAT/NMSQT Digital Exam (Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is designed to help prepare students for the SAT, college, and careers.  

Who:  Juniors and Sophomores

When:  Tuesday, October 15th, 2024

Where:  Legacy High School in room C102  (Report time to be in room C102 on test day is 7:50 a.m.  All students should be completed with testing by Noon.)

Why:  11th graders who take the PSAT/NMSQT may enter the National Merit Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships.  10th graders can take the exam for practice before their junior year!

Cost:  $21.0

What to Bring On Test Day and What to Leave at Home On Test Day (Calculator Policy, Prohibited Devices)

  • Don’t forget to bring....

    • Your FULL CHARGED COMPUTER!

    • An approved calculator - for approved math sections only

GENERAL REMINDERS:

  • As per CollegeBoard and PSAT, on test day, students will be asked to turn their cell phone off, put a sticky note on their phone with the student’s name written on it (sticky note will be provided), and the student will place their phone in a clear plastic tub that will be placed in the front of the room.  Students will receive their phone at the completion of testing.
