The Counseling & Student Services Department is staffed by qualified counselors, 7:50am-3:50pm each day school is in session. The purpose of the counseling program is to help each student achieve his or her highest growth - mentally, emotionally, and socially. Services include the following:

Individual Counseling
Students may meet with their assigned counselor for academic, personal, or social support. Counselors are available to help students navigate challenges, set goals, and develop healthy coping skills.

Academic Support
Counselors assist with course selection, schedule changes, graduation requirements, and academic planning. Students can access resources to stay on track and make informed decisions about their educational pathway.

Career & College Planning
Information on colleges, technical schools, military opportunities, and career pathways is available in the Counseling Office. Representatives visit throughout the year, and students can access support with applications, scholarships, and financial aid.

Postsecondary Readiness Tools
Career exploration programs and online planning tools are available to help students identify interests, research career fields, and prepare for life after high school.

Community Resources & Referrals
Counselors connect students and families with community agencies, mental health services, and support programs when additional assistance is needed.
