Legacy High School Prom will be held on Saturday, April 11.

Please review the important information below regarding prom packages, Grand March, and guest requirements.

Prom Package Sales:
Prom packages will be on sale March 17th to March 27th.  Prom packages can be purchased in the bookkeeping office or on MyPaymentsPlus. If you purchase tickets on MP+ you MUST come to the bookkeeping office to officially sign up. 

All student fees must be paid in full before purchasing a prom package.

The order in which students sign up for prom will determine the order they walk in Grand March.

Prom Package Cost:

• $35 – Single

• $70 – Couple

Prom packages include admission to Prom and After Prom at Midway Lanes, along with 2 (single package) or 4  (couple package) spectator tickets.

Package Pickup:
Prom packages may be picked up starting April 7th

Grand March & Dance Schedule:

• Doors open: 6:00 PM

• Students must be lined up downstairs by 7:10 PM

• Grand March begins at 7:45 PM

• Front doors will lock at 8:00 PM

Spectator Tickets:
Spectator tickets are $5 each and will be available for purchase the week of prom in the LHS office or at the door the night of prom.

Eligibility & Guest Information:

• Prom is for juniors and seniors.

• Sophomores may attend if invited by an upperclassman.

• Guests over the age of 21 are not permitted.

• Non-LHS guests who are currently in high school must complete a High School Student Guest Form.

• Non-LHS guests who are out of high school must submit a Non-High School Student Guest Form and a copy of their ID.

Online Activity Registration

For this school year, we will again utilize an online registration system for parents to complete the paperwork necessary for their student to participate in activities through Bismarck Public Schools.  You will notice a link on each of the athletics pages or you can access the registration system by clicking the link below.  Registering your student through the system is the only way in which these forms can be completed and must be completed prior to the first practice.

***Please note, you will need to register your student at the school they will be competing for.  If you have a middle school athlete participating in a high school sport, you will need to register them through the Legacy Registration Form***

• 2026-2027 Athletic Registration will open on June 1.  As of this date, you will be able to register your student for next year's activities.  As always, please remember to register them for all activities you believe they may participate in.  This will keep you from having to go back into the system later in the year.
• As a part Athletic Registration, you must have a copy of your student's physical dated after April 15 of this year.  The physical should be in a digital format so you can upload it as a part of the registration process.
• The Athletic Registration site DOES NOT take or track payments.  Please disregard any information you see on that site regarding payment.  To make a payment for an activity fee, please use MyPayments Plus.
• If you run into problems with a username or password please contact Mr. Mitchell.
• 2026-2027 Activity Fees can be paid beginning the week of August 10th.  Our payment system is based off of Infinite Campus and students are not moved to the next grade until the first week of August.  Because of that, this system should not take any payments prior to August 10th.

Chromebook Information

All New students to the district will receive a Chromebook issued to them by BPS according to the model that their grade level currently has assigned to them.  All Freshmen will be receiving a BRAND NEW Chromebook that will be assigned to them.  We ask that everyone uses proper care and handling of their Chromebook as they will be using that device for the duration of their stay at Legacy High School.  

We will have those Chromebooks available for you to pick up in the CyberHub.  Just enter the main entrance of Legacy and you will see the room with glass walls straight in front of you.

If you still have your students' previous 8th grade Chromebook that was assigned to them, they will need to return that one along with its power adapter to pick up their new freshmen issued Chromebook.

It is very important to remember to fully charge your Chromebook before the first day of school and to also remember to bring it that morning as we are very limited on loaner computers for them to use.  For families with previously issued Chromebooks, if you notice any problems with your Chromebook, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it resolved before school starts.  Many problems are due to games or extensions that students install on their computers and can be resolved within minutes onsite if they bring it in to us.

We are asking all students to not only fully charge their Chromebooks before the first day of school but to turn on their chromebooks and check for important updates that are needed to keep their chromebooks updated to the latest version. To update your chromebook you can follow the steps located at:  How to update your chromebook
